A transparent and efficient approach to order management, at every stage of work progress. Labo Contract completes the service with an attentive and vigilant Construction Management, for constant, direct and timely control of each stage of the work. Before delivering the keys to the customer, the reference Labo Contract Project Manager performs a final inspection of the works carried out, in accordance with the contractually provided or modified during construction.
INITIAL CONSULTATION & PROJECT DESIGN ANALYSIS
The initial consultation is the first step to understand all external and internal parameters, volumes and environments. We analyze in detail the client's project to offer the best solutions and thus satisfy the customer's needs based on wishes, budget and preferred style. We analyze the project in detail to offer the best technological solutions for production and construction in relation to the budget set by the Client to fully satisfy the quality-price ratio.These cardinal principles form the starting point for a solid turn-key service process, both in the design and construction phases.

DRAWING AND SPECIFICATION PACKAGES
Labo Contract specializes in integrated building design in a single contact able to develop and coordinate each phase of the building project. The quality assistance, guaranteed by the high multidisciplinary skills of the Labo Contract Team, is divided into the services of preliminary project evaluation, structural and plant design, executive design of every single space and detail, execution and supervision of works, technical tests and bureaucratic fulfilments, logistics of shipments all over the world, final assembly. The Labo Contract team uses ArchiCAD and AutoCAD with which applicable plans are made, such as demolition plans, construction plans, RCP (electrical) plans, HVAC plans, as well as furniture plans. To complete, we provide a package of specifications accompanied by the materials and finishes that contribute to the overall experience. At the request of the client, renderings of the environments are provided.
FULL PROCUREMENT SERVICES
Labo Contract takes care of every phase of the project with professionalism, rigor and in full compliance with the times and the budget shared with the customer. In this sense, both the specifications and the time schedule of the intervention give clear and transparent evidence of the following items: details of the planned works, methods of realization of the same, materials used, economic enhancement of the work, timing of carrying out each phase / activity. Labo Contract provides a team of highly experienced purchasing consultancy service professionals capable of realizing cost-saving opportunities.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
The Labo Contract team, before starting the realization of any project, according to the wishes of the professional Client, prepares accurate moodboards containing all the finishes of the surfaces, fabrics, specialist finishes for technical and external coverings, of both fixed and support joinery, support furniture, lighting, works of art and accessories. Everything is detailed and explained in order to provide the client with the real atmosphere that each room will take on, maniacally declining all the particulars down to the last detail such as the trimmings of each individual decorative cushion.
BESPOKE ENVIRONMENTS, FURNITURE AND LIGHTING DESIGN
Labo Contract realizes bespoke furniture and lighting for any environment, thanks to selected and exceptional Italian artisans and producers who allow us to design and then produce unique objects of the highest quality and originality, which exactly reflect the tastes of our customers with the utmost attention to details.
LOGISTIC & SPECIALIST INSTALLATION
Logistics management in compliance with the safety and deadlines established by the project. Handling of documentation and customs procedures in cooperation with our transport partners by road, rail and air. Precise and punctual specialized installations of any material as an extension of the supply project, including the assurance of quality control by our experts under the supervision of the Project Management.
